- Preparation of a comprehensive inventory of the property contents whether the property
is unfurnished or furnished
- Preparation of all legal documents, completion of all agreements
- Rent collection on a monthly basis from the Tenants. Accounting to you our Landlords
by electronic banking system (BACS) including preparation of monthly statements.
- Management visits every three months, with written confirmation to the situation
and condition of the property and gardens
- Monitoring Tenants throughout the term of a Tenancy Agreement
- Arranging contractors for any repairs that may be necessary in accordance with your
instructions
- Final inspection and checking of the inventory when Tenants vacate a property, and
dealing with any dilapidation's that there may be
